Common use of Maintenance Fee Clause in Contracts

Maintenance Fee. The Borrower shall pay to OPIC an annual maintenance fee (the “Maintenance Fee”) in the amount of $100,000 on the first Payment Date on which a payment of principal of the Loan is scheduled and on each anniversary of such Payment Date, so long as any portion of the Loan remains outstanding.

Maintenance Fee. The Borrower shall pay to OPIC an annual maintenance fee (the “Maintenance Fee”) in the amount of $100,000 on the first Payment Date on which a payment of principal of the Loan is scheduled June 30, 2005 and thereafter on each anniversary of such Payment Datethereof, so long as any portion of the Loan remains outstanding.”

Maintenance Fee. The Borrower shall pay to OPIC an annual maintenance administrative fee (the “Maintenance Fee”) in the amount of $100,000 12,000 on the first Payment Date on which a payment of principal of the Loan is scheduled and on each anniversary of such Payment Datethereof, so long as any portion of the Loan remains outstanding.

Maintenance Fee. The Borrower Borrowers shall pay to OPIC an annual maintenance fee (the “Maintenance Fee”"MAINTENANCE FEE") in the amount of $100,000 7,500 on the first Payment Date on which a payment of principal of following the Loan is scheduled first Disbursement and on each anniversary of such Payment Date, Date for so long as any portion of the Loan remains outstanding.

The Borrower Borrowers shall pay to OPIC an annual maintenance fee (the “Maintenance Fee”) in the amount of $100,000 on the first anniversary of the Payment Date on which a payment of principal of immediately following the Loan is scheduled first Closing Date and on each anniversary of such Payment Date, Date for so long as any portion of the Loan remains outstanding.

Maintenance Fee. The Borrower shall pay to OPIC an annual maintenance fee to cover OPIC’s administrative costs and expenses, including, but not limited to, systems infrastructure costs (the “Maintenance Fee”) ), which Maintenance Fee shall include an annual fee in the amount of forty-five thousand Dollars ($100,000 45,000), payable to OPIC on the first anniversary of the Payment Date on which a payment of principal of immediately following the Loan is scheduled first Closing Date and on each anniversary of such Payment Date, Date for so long as any portion of the Loan remains outstanding.

Maintenance Fee. The Borrower shall pay to OPIC an annual maintenance fee (the “Maintenance Fee”) in the amount of fifty thousand Dollars ($100,000 50,000) on the first anniversary of the Payment Date on which a payment of principal of immediately following the Loan is scheduled first Closing Date and on each anniversary of such Payment Date, Date for so long as any portion of the Loan remains outstanding.
