MAINTENANCE OF EASEMENTS. Consumers must keep Cooperative easements clear of snow, vegetation, structures and other conditions that could threaten the safety or reliability of Cooperative service. The Cooperative shall also as a condition of service have the option to clear easements of snow, vegetation, structures or other conditions that could threaten the safety or reliability of Cooperative service.
MAINTENANCE OF EASEMENTS. Mortgagor shall keep and continue, or cause to be kept and continued, all material Servitudes, estates and interests herein described and all contracts and agreements relating thereto in full force and effect in accordance with the terms thereof and will not permit the same to lapse or otherwise become impaired for failure to comply with the obligations thereof, whether express or implied. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing sentence, Mortgagor shall not release any of the material Servitudes without the prior written consent of Mortgagee.
MAINTENANCE OF EASEMENTS. Each party agrees to maintain their Premises and facilities in such a manner so that the free flow of pedestrian traffic will not be impaired. All easement rights granted to or by Heartland or to or by CJOC in this Agreement or in the CJOC Lease or the Heartland Lease shall be exercised in such a manner so as not to unreasonably interfere with the operation of the CJOC Premises or the Heartland Premises, including the free flow of pedestrian traffic through the CJOC Premises and the Heartland Premises.
MAINTENANCE OF EASEMENTS. Grantees must provide for or ensure any necessary easements, rights-of-way, and landowner commitments to allow project access.
