Cooperative Service is: (1) electric energy Provided by the Cooperative; and (2) as determined by the Cooperative’s Board of Directors (“Board”), a good or service Provided by the Cooperative.   • This Cooperative Service Agreement may be amended by mutual agreement of the parties in writing.
