Maintenance of Licenses and Permits. The Guarantor shall, and shall cause each of its subsidiaries to, maintain all permits, licenses and consents as may be required for the conduct of its business by any state, federal or local government agency or instrumentality, except where failure to maintain the same, either individually or in the aggregate, has not had, and would not reasonably be expected to have, a Material Adverse Effect.
