Common use of Maintenance of Lots Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Lots. The facilities and works required by section 70 shall be provided and maintained by the owner of each lot from time to time at such owner’s sole risk and expense and to the satisfaction of the Municipality; and, in default thereof, in addition to any other remedies which may be available to the Municipality, the provisions of Section 446 of the Xxxxxxxxx Xxx, 0000 shall apply for the purpose of securing rectification of the default.

Maintenance of Lots. The facilities and works required by section 70 paragraph 63 shall be provided and maintained by the owner of each lot from time to time at such owner’s sole risk and expense and to the satisfaction of the Municipality; and, in default thereof, in addition to any other remedies which may be available to the Municipality, the provisions of Section 446 of the Xxxxxxxxx XxxMunicipal Act , 0000 2001 shall apply for the purpose of securing rectification of the default.

The facilities and works required by section 70 paragraph 60 shall be provided and maintained by the owner of each lot from time to time at such owner’s sole risk and expense and to the satisfaction of the MunicipalityTownship; and, in default thereof, in addition to any other remedies which may be available to the MunicipalityTownship, the provisions of Section 446 427 of the Xxxxxxxxx Xxx, 0000 0000, as amended or replaced, shall apply for the purpose of securing rectification of the default.

The facilities and works required by section 70 paragraph 11 shall be provided and maintained by the owner of each lot Lot from time to time at such owner’s sole risk and expense and to the satisfaction of the Municipality; and, in default thereof, in addition to any other remedies which may be available to the Municipality, the provisions of Section 446 427 of the Xxxxxxxxx XxxMunicipal Act, 0000 2001 shall apply for the purpose of securing rectification of the default.

The facilities and works Phase IV Works required by section 70 paragraph 64 shall be provided and maintained by the owner of each lot from time to time at such owner’s sole risk and expense and to the satisfaction of the Municipality; and, in default thereof, in addition to any other remedies which may be available to the Municipality, the provisions of Section 446 427 of the Xxxxxxxxx XxxMunicipal Act, 0000 2001 shall apply for the purpose of securing rectification of the default.
