Common use of Maintenance of Management Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Management. The Borrowers will cause their business to be managed by the following persons in the positions described below or such other persons (serving in such positions) as may be reasonably satisfactory to the Bank: Person Position Xxxxxxxx X. Maintenance of Management.
