Common use of Maintenance of Network Affiliations; Operating Agreements Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Network Affiliations; Operating Agreements. The Borrower will, and will cause each of its Restricted Subsidiaries to, maintain one or more network affiliations with any of ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, the CW, ION, MyNetworkTV, Telemundo, Me TV Network or other network reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent at all times for each Station except where the failure to maintain such network affiliation could not, individually or in the aggregate, reasonably be expected to result in a Materially Adverse Effect. The Borrower will, and will cause each of its Restricted Subsidiaries to comply with any and all Operating Agreements except where the failure to so comply could not, individually or in the aggregate, reasonably be expected to have a Materially Adverse Effect.

The Borrower will, and will cause each of its Restricted Subsidiaries to comply with any and all Operating Agreements except where the failure to so comply could not, individually or in the aggregate, reasonably be expected to have a Materially Adverse Effect.
