Maintenance of proper hygiene, cleanliness, etc. The Licensee shall be responsible for ensuring the quality and quantity, maintaining proper hygiene and cleanliness while handling raw materials, preparation, packaging, supply, service, etc. of food/meals in accordance with the parameters specified herein and in the bid documents. Licensee shall abide by the instructions issued by the railway from time to time in this regard.
