Maintenance of Property, Etc. Borrower will maintain and preserve and will cause each Subsidiary to maintain and preserve all of their respective properties in reasonably good working order and condition, ordinary wear and tear excepted, and will from time to time make all needed repairs, renewals and replacements so that the efficiency of such properties shall be fully maintained and preserved.

(i) Maintain, keep and preserve and cause each of its Subsidiaries to maintain, keep and preserve all of its properties in good repair, working order and condition and from time to time make all necessary and proper repairs, renewals, replacements, and improvements thereto, and (ii) maintain, preserve and protect and cause each of its Subsidiaries to maintain, preserve and protect all franchises, licenses, copyrights, patents and trademarks material to its business, so that the business carried on in connection therewith may be properly and advantageously conducted at all times.
