Common use of Maintenance of Student Records Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Student Records. a) All cumulative folders and permanent records of students leaving the School to attend a district school will be forwarded to the receiving school upon request. b) All cumulative folders and permanent records of students leaving the School to attend a school other than a district school will be copied and forwarded to the receiving school. The original cumulative folder and permanent record of the student will be filed with the School’s inactive student records and transferred to the Sponsor in accordance with Florida Statutes. c) All cumulative folders and permanent records of students leaving the school for any reason, other than above, will be filed with the school’s inactive student records and transferred to the sponsor in accordance with Florida Statutes.
