Negligence We will only be liable for the proportion to which the loss or damage to the Goods is caused by or contributed to by Our negligence (including the negligence of any Subcontractor, but excluding the negligence of any Third Party Provider), and in any event that liability will be limited to $100 per item or package, or $1,000 in respect of all Goods moved or stored under this agreement (whichever is the lesser).
Negligent or Willful Damage Un- designated timber meeting Utilization Standards and un- necessarily damaged or negligently or willfully cut by Pur- chaser, if included by Contracting Officer.
Overload Teaching Paragraph 1: Overload teaching is that teaching conducted by a full-time classroom teacher teaching daily in a vacant position during his/her planning period.

Sabotage Sabotage is of concern to all Parties involved on any work site and may affect safety, and therefore both the physical and mental well being of all persons on site. The Parties to this Agreement will not tolerate sabotage, and will ensure that any person/s responsible for such action is immediately dismissed. It is accepted that the relevant authorities may have to be notified, and provisions of the OH&S Act implemented.
Misconduct Unless a Change of Control shall have occurred after the date hereof:
Fires No open fires are permitted anywhere within the Park except in barbeque grills. These fires must be totally extinguished when not personally attended. Fire extinguishers are required in each mobile home and shall be of a size and capacity approved by the Manager.
RESEARCH MISCONDUCT If this Agreement involves basic, applied, or demonstration research in a field of science, medicine, engineering, or mathematics, including but not limited to, research in economics, education, linguistics, medicine, psychology, social sciences, statistics, and research involving human subject or animals, this Agreement incorporates by reference DEAR 952.235-71 Research Misconduct (July 2005).
Vandalism Or Malicious Mischief This peril does not include loss to property on the "residence premises", and any ensuing loss caused by any intentional and wrongful act com- mitted in the course of the vandalism or malicious mischief, if the dwelling has been vacant for more than 60 consecutive days immediately before the loss. A dwelling being constructed is not consid- ered vacant.
