Common use of Maintenance of Supporting Documents Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Supporting Documents. Claimant shall maintain a copy of each document relied upon in connection with Xxxxxxxx’s claim electronically filed through Trust On-line. Copies may be retained in either paper or electronic format. Claimant will timely provide copies of such documents to the Facility upon request made on behalf of the Celotex Trust.
