Common use of Maintenance of Supporting Documents Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Supporting Documents. The Claimant shall maintain a copy of each document relied upon in connection with Claimant’s claim electronically filed through Trust On-line. Copies may be retained in either paper or electronic format. The Claimant will timely provide copies of such documents to the Facility upon request made on behalf of the AWI Trust.
