Common use of Maintenance of Supporting Documents Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Supporting Documents. The Law firm will timely provide to CRMC copies of documents relied upon in e-Claims filings whenever instructed to do so by CRMC. Whenever CRMC does not instruct the Law firm to provide copies of documents relied upon in e-Claims filings, the law firm will maintain a copy of each document so relied upon, in either paper or electronic format, and thereafter will timely provide copies of such documents to CRMC upon request.
