Maintenance of Temperature at Conditioned Sites. The parties agree that 3PL is solely responsible for all temperature controls within the warehouse. In the event of any issues arising with respect to the temperature conditions impacting storage within the warehouse, the impacted party will immediately notify 3PL and cause 3PL to promptly address any issues.
