Common use of MAINTENANCE OF THE PROJECT Clause in Contracts

MAINTENANCE OF THE PROJECT. The Promoter shall be responsible to provide and maintain essential services in the Project till the offer to the Association to take over of the maintenance of the Project upon the issuance of the Completion / Occupancy Certificate of the Project. The cost of such maintenance has not been included in the Total Price/Agreed Consideration of the said Bungalow Unit and the same shall be paid by the Allottee as agreed with the Promoter upon demand.

MAINTENANCE OF THE PROJECT. The Promoter shall be responsible to provide for providing and maintain maintaining the essential services in the Project Project, till the offer to the Association to take taking over of the maintenance of the Project by the Association of allottees upon the issuance of the Completion / Occupancy Certificate completion certificate of the Project. The cost of such maintenance has not been included in the Total Price/Agreed Consideration Price of the said Bungalow Unit and the same shall be paid by the Allottee as agreed with the Promoter upon demand[Apartment].

The cost of such maintenance maintenance, limited to the above, has not been included in the Total Price/Agreed Consideration Price of the said Bungalow Unit and the same shall be paid by the Allottee as agreed with the Promoter upon demandXxxx.

MAINTENANCE OF THE PROJECT. The Promoter shall be responsible to provide and maintain essential services in the Project till the offer to the Association to take taking over of the maintenance of the Project by the association of allottees on it formation, upon the issuance of the Completion / Occupancy Certificate completion certificate or such other certificate by whatever name called issued by the competent authority of the Projectproject. The cost of such maintenance has not been included in the Total Price/Agreed Consideration Price of the said Bungalow Unit and Apartment in the same shall be paid by the Allottee as agreed with the Promoter upon demandform of maintenance deposit.
