Common use of Maintenance of the Vehicles Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of the Vehicles. Maintain and cause to be maintained in good repair, working order, and condition, reasonable wear and tear excepted, all of the Vehicles in accordance with each Lessee’s respective ordinary business practices with respect to all other vehicles owned thereby and shall use its best efforts to maintain the Program Vehicles as Group IV Vehicles that are eligible under a Eligible Vehicle Disposition Program and the Non-Program Vehicles as Group IV Vehicles that are Eligible Vehicles, in each case except to the extent that any such failure to comply with such requirements does not, in the aggregate, materially adversely affect the interests of the Series 2007-1 Letter of Credit Provider under this Agreement or the likelihood of repayment of its obligations hereunder, and, from time to time, make or cause to be made all appropriate repairs, renewals, and replacements with respect to the Vehicles;

Maintenance of the Vehicles. Maintain and cause to be maintained in good repair, working order, and condition, reasonable wear and tear excepted, all of the Vehicles in accordance with each Lessee’s respective ordinary business practices with respect to all other vehicles owned thereby and shall use its best efforts to maintain the Program Vehicles as Group IV VIII Vehicles that are eligible under a Eligible Vehicle Disposition Program and the Non-Program Vehicles as Group IV VIII Vehicles that are Eligible Vehicles, in each case except to the extent that any such failure to comply with such requirements does not, in the aggregate, materially adversely affect the interests of the Series 20072011-1 2 Letter of Credit Provider under this Agreement or the likelihood of repayment of its obligations hereunder, and, from time to time, make or cause to be made all appropriate repairs, renewals, and replacements with respect to the Vehicles;
