Common use of Maintenance Prior to Final Acceptance Clause in Contracts

Maintenance Prior to Final Acceptance. Until Final Acceptance by the County (or any applicable special district) of the Subdivision Improvements, Owner/Developer shall, at Owner/Developer's expense, make all needed repairs or replacements to the Subdivision Improvements required on account of defects in materials or workmanship and shall be responsible for ordinary repairs and maintenance thereof including street sanding, snow removal, cleaning and sewer drainage.
