Maintenance Release. Customer shall be entitled to Maintenance Releases for the Supported Programs at no additional cost while a Support Services contract is in effect.
Maintenance Release. The Authorities understand that:
(i) The AMO will ensure that personnel authorized for the signing of a maintenance release understands their commitments in accordance with the applicable regulations, this TA-M, and the UK CAA Supplement.
(ii) Any maintenance release for work completed on an aircraft will include the TCCA CAR 573 approval number.
Maintenance Release. During the Term, Licensor may, at Licensor’s sole option and discretion, provide Licensee with Maintenance Releases and updated Documentation. All Maintenance Releases are considered part of the Licensed Software and are subject to all applicable terms and conditions in this Agreement. Licensee agrees to install all Maintenance Releases as soon as practicable after receipt. Licensor agrees to provide any Maintenance Releases free of charge.
Maintenance Release. The Authorities understand that:
(i) The AMO will ensure personnel authorized for the signing of a return to service, understand their commitments in accordance with the applicable regulations, this TA-M and the TCCA Supplement; and
(ii) Any return to service for work completed on an aircraft will include the Part 145 AMO approval number.
Maintenance Release. Maintenance Release" means a new release of the Software with a change in the ZZ component of the Software's X.YY.ZZ version number.
Maintenance Release. The TCCA-licensed AME may be subject to an inspection/investigation by TCCA, upon the request of the FAA, for continued compliance with these special conditions.
Maintenance Release. An updated release of OSI Software that incorporates all Patches since the last Maintenance Release or Product Release. A Maintenance Release is denoted by a change in the third number of the Version ID. Release notes are generally included.
Maintenance Release. MOBETIZE will prepare Maintenance Release periodically and will prepare and implement Releases as they are released for general availability.
Maintenance Release. A periodic release of the Beezy Software or subset of the Beezy Software by Beezy at its sole discretion, which incorporates problem resolutions. A Maintenance Release will usually not contain functional enhancements.
