Maintenance Release Services Clause Samples

The Maintenance Release Services clause defines the provider's obligation to deliver updates, patches, or minor improvements to a product or system after its initial deployment. Typically, this clause outlines the scope of maintenance releases, such as bug fixes or security updates, and may specify the frequency or process for distributing these updates to the client. Its core practical function is to ensure the ongoing reliability and security of the product by addressing issues that arise post-launch, thereby minimizing disruptions and maintaining performance standards.
