MAINTENANCE TOOLS. The Board of Education shall provide each maintenance employee with a tool set which will contain the following minimum tools: combination wrench set, crescent wrench, channel locks, pliers, needle nose pliers, side cutters, multi driver set, Xxxxx wrench set, torpedo level, 25’ tape measure, hammer and tool box with lock. The Board of Education also agrees to replace worn tools with like quality tools. The employee must maintain and replace all original tools that were provided by the Board that may have been lost, stolen or abused through improper use. The Maintenance Supervisor has the right to check all tool boxes upon request.
MAINTENANCE TOOLS. 34.01 Maintenance employees, as a condition of employment, will be required to provide their own hand tools and measuring devices. An Annual Tooling Allowance of $550 in the first year of the collective agreement, $600 in the second and third year of the collective agreement will be paid to all Skilled Tradesmen by separate cheque on the first pay period in May of each year.
MAINTENANCE TOOLS. The Company and the Union agree to convene a Joint Tool Committee. The objectives shall be to identify the tools that are required for the various maintenance functions, evaluate the tools and determine how tools should be made accessible to maintenance personnel.
MAINTENANCE TOOLS. 33.01 Maintenance and Mould Mechanic employees, as a condition of employment, will be required to provide their own hand tools and measuring devices. An annual Tooling Allowance of $650 in each year of the collective agreement will be paid to all Maintenance and Mould Mechanic employees by separate cheque on the first pay period in May of each year.
MAINTENANCE TOOLS. 01Employees will be paid $400 gross by separate cheque on the 1st pay period of May each year.
MAINTENANCE TOOLS. The Company will provide to all new Maintenance employees who complete their probationary period, an allowance of $100 for tools. In addition, the Company will replace tools which are broken on the job and turned in with tools of similar or same quality.
MAINTENANCE TOOLS. The Employer shall provide the maintenance 6 department with all necessary tools, at the discretion of the Employer. In the event new 7 tools are needed, the same shall be requested by the Maintenance 2 worker. 8 Maintenance employees shall not be required to use personal tools.
MAINTENANCE TOOLS. 31.01 Maintenance employees who are required to bring tools to work to be used in the performance of their job function shall be reimbursed for worn or broken tools subject to the following:
1) the worn or broken tool is presented to management;
2) management gives prior approval for the replacement purchase including amount and;
3) the employee submits receipt of purchase.
MAINTENANCE TOOLS. The parties agree that the Health Centre will provide, maintain and replace, as necessary, any tools required to carry out the employees duties. Such tools will be the property of the Health Centre. Employees will not be required to provide tools on the job.
MAINTENANCE TOOLS. (a) All maintenance personnel are required to have a personal tool kit. Tools that are damaged during xxxxx l use (not wear and tear) beyond repair, or are then unsafe, will be replaced by the Company. This is at the discretion of management, and tools will be replaced on a ‘like for like’ basis.
(b) Special tools may be provided by the Company for specific applications. Any Company tools and equipment provided to an employee remain the property of the Company and must be returned to the Company on the termination of employment.
