Major Emergency Repair Service. For a major emergency, the Contractor shall respond to the service problem within one (1) hour of initial system failure notice or request for service report by the Department facility, through the use of remote testing or access. Records of testing and compliance with this requirement shall be available to the Department upon request. The Contractor shall contact the Department facility with the following information within two (2) hours of the initial system failure notice or service request:
