Emergency Calls. IP Phones need an additional power supply to operate. In the event of a power failure it is your responsibility to ensure you have the means to make emergency calls. In accordance with paragraph 13.2, we will not be liable for any loss or damage (financial or otherwise) where you fail to do so.
Emergency Calls. Within thirty (30) days of AT&T's request, GTE shall in accordance with Applicable Law, use commercially reasonable efforts to assist AT&T in obtaining the emergency public agency (e.g., police, fire, ambulance) telephone numbers linked to each NPA-NXX. Such data will be transmitted in a mutually agreeable format. GTE shall not be liable for any inaccuracies contained in such data. GTE will, in a timely manner, transmit to AT&T upon AT&T’s request, changes, alterations, modifications and updates to such data.
Emergency Calls. The Post Office HomePhone Service allows calls to be made to the 999 and 112 emergency services numbers and provides information concerning the location from which a call to the emergency organisations has been made. You will still be able to make calls to emergency services if we have barred your calls. You will not be able to make calls to emergency services if your telephone line is unavailable (for example because the telephone network is interrupted by a flood, storm or similar event), or if Post Office HomePhone is cancelled and you do not arrange for a replacement provider.
Emergency Calls. All maintenance tasks and non-emergency repair or replacement will be performed during Seller’s regular working hours. Any travel or work outside of Seller’s regular working hours shall be billed at the overtime or premium time rate set forth in the Proposal or the current services rate schedule. Seller may charge the Buyer for emergency calls made at the Buyer's request where no defect is found.
Emergency Calls. Employees will be furnished, at the option of the Board, a vehicle for emergency calls required by the Board. Any employee required to return to duty on an emergency call and not furnished a Board vehicle shall be paid round-trip mileage from the home of the employee to the location of the emergency provided:
1. The rate of pay for mileage will be based on current rate in effect for School Board Employees.
2. All required forms or documents shall be completed by employee.
Emergency Calls. Employees required to take calls at home regarding equipment malfunctions or similar emergencies will have such time taking that call compensated at the overtime rate of time and one-half, in 15 minute intervals.
Emergency Calls. Emergency calls to 112, 911 and 999 will be directed to the emergency services but no guarantee can be made about the reliability of these calls. Customers should especially be aware that power outages are likely to render computer equipment and internet connectivity non-functional and therefore preclude use of the service for emergency calls.
Emergency Calls. 10.1 The customer expressly acknowledges that the Products, whether for mobile or fixed devices, are not intended, designed or fit for placing, carrying or supporting any emergency service or any call for the purpose of obtaining assistance, help or aid in the event of an emergency.
10.2 Neither Trafalgar Wireless nor any of its agents, partners, affiliates or employees are or will be liable to the customer or any third party in any respect for any costs or damanges arising either directly or indirectly from the use of the Products for emergency calls, including calls to emergency services and calls for the purpose of obtaining assistance, help or aid in the event of any emergency.
Emergency Calls. (a) When on emer- gency call, employees shall be reimbursed for all loss of personal effects on such call.
Emergency Calls. The parties acknowledge and accept that given, the nature of the health sector and patient demand, there may be emergencies where planned capacity is insufficient and staff (including Anaesthetic Technicians) need to be called on to provide service outside their normal working time. Where there is a pattern of regular – twice or more in a four week period – instances of off duty Anaesthetic Technicians being called back to theatre to support an emergency/unplanned event, then the service and Anaesthetic Technicians will review the extent of after-hours cover and take steps to address any identified gaps in this cover – these steps could include introducing a night shift, extended hours shifts, providing a second on call, or utilizing an alternate, suitably qualified workforce to support the Anaesthetic Technician(s) on call. If after the first instance of the above review being triggered, the service,
1. has not developed a plan – in consultation with its Anaesthetic Technicians – to address the matter within two months, or
2. has not implemented the resulting plan to address the matter within three months Then from the relevant date under 1 or 2 above, the following shall apply: Where an Anaesthetic Technicians who is not on duty or on call has left their workplace for the day and returns to work at the request of their service to assist with an emergency or unplanned event then they shall be paid $150 in addition to the standard call-back arrangements in clause 9.
