Common use of Make Ready Costs Clause in Contracts

Make Ready Costs. Licensee must be responsible for all costs and work that Authority or its contractors performs pursuant to this Agreement and the Pole Attachment Technical Requirements to accommodate Licensee’s Attachments. Should Authority’s Facilities additions or modifications be necessary for Licensee’s Attachments, Licensee must pay for all such additions or modifications. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to require the Authority to enhance or modify its Facilities to meet the existing or future needs of the Licensee.
