Upon Notice of Intent to Vacate by Tenant, or vacancy due to eviction, Altisource will define an appropriate scope of work for unit turnover, including long term capital improvements, deferred maintenance items, repair of Tenant damage and other items as appropriate to return the Rental Property to a marketable condition similar to the start of the prior lease. Upon Tenant move-out, Altisource will perform Unit Turnover maintenance as quickly as possible based on the scope of work to minimize time Rental Property is unavailable for occupancy.
