Common use of Manage Clause in Contracts

Manage. operate, and develop any Partnership property, and enter into operating agreements and other agreements with respect to properties acquired by the Partnership, including an operating agreement and turnkey drilling contract with the Managing General Partner as described in the Placement Memorandum, which agreements may contain such terms, provisions, and conditions as are usual and customary within the industry and as the Managing General Partner shall approve;
