MANAGED CARE ARRANGEMENTS. The Practice shall cooperate with AmeriPath in the development and operation of managed care arrangements. The Practice shall participate as a provider and in the administrative operation of integrated delivery systems and managed care arrangements. The Practice and its Practice Providers agree to comply with the quality assurance and utilization review programs of managed care arrangements.
