Managed WPX Contracts. To the extent there are any Managed WPX Contracts, WMB will be responsible for: (a) notifying WPX of any performance obligations; (b) communicating directly with the third parties with respect to their performance obligations under such Managed WPX Contracts; and (c) providing WPX timely notice of any renewal, termination or cancellation dates and charges in respect of such Managed WPX Contracts.
