Common use of Management and Operational Plans Clause in Contracts

Management and Operational Plans. Prior to the Effective Date Tenant submitted to Landlord a management and operation plan for the Premises. Not less frequently than once every five (5) years Tenant shall provide to Landlord an updated management and operation plan or a management agreement. If the TIDA Director has reasonable concerns that the updated management and operation plan or management agreement is not consistent with the requirements of this Lease or will not realistically allow Tenant to comply with the maintenance and operational requirements of this Lease, Landlord shall provide Tenant with written notice of such concerns, and Xxxxxx will meet and confer with the TIDA Director as needed to address such concerns.
