Common use of Management Board Clause in Contracts

Management Board. 1. The management board of the register (‘Management Board’) shall consist of the Secretaries-General of the signatory institutions, who shall chair it on a rotating basis for a term of one year. 2. The Management Board shall: (a) oversee the overall implementation of this Agreement; (b) determine the annual priorities for the register as well as the budget estimates and share required for the implementation of those priorities; (c) issue general instructions to the Secretariat; (d) adopt the annual report referred to in Article 13; (e) examine and decide upon reasoned requests for review of the Secretariat's decisions in accordance with point 9 of Xxxxx XXX. 3. The Management Board shall meet at least annually at the initiative of its Chair. It may also meet upon the request of one of its members. 4. The Management Board shall decide by consensus.
