MANAGEMENT Management of the works. Particular / generic specifications Prior to the activation of this contract, the contractor must submit his plan for the intended services for approval by the employer. The plan must indicate the timing of the services/planned maintenance together with the timing (date and time) and the anticipated duration. All work shall conform to all relevant SANS standards, OHS ACT regulations and all other legislation that might be relevant to this Contract and the execution thereof. All work shall be carried out in accordance with prevailing industry norms and best practice and will always comply with OEM requirements.
