Common use of Management Measures Clause in Contracts

Management Measures. 1. The Parties undertake to coordinate action to ensure the proper management and conservation of marine living resources, particularly the highly migratory species, in the Indian Ocean. 2. Government may at any time take such measures as it deems necessary in the circumstances in order to conserve and protect fish stocks within its EEZ, and shall communicate such measures to the COMPANY within a reasonable time.
