Management of Consumer Business Unit. For the avoidance of doubt, subject to and consistent with its obligations set forth in this Agreement, management of the Company shall have full discretion in management of the Consumer Business Unit in all respects, including without limitation decisions relating to taxes, application of US GAAP, selection of auditor, questions of accounting policy decisions/elections, working capital management, risk management, business opportunities, hiring and terminations of employees and consultants, etc.
