MANAGEMENT OF GRANTS. Grant agreements shall be issued for all grants awarded from any Foundation Fund. Recipients of grants shall be limited to IEEE Organizational Units, or US or non-US charitable organizations, including, but not limited to, public and private schools. All grant recipients shall be required to provide reports detailing the outcome of awarded grants and how the money is spent.
