MANAGEMENT RIGHTS OF THE BOARD OF CONTROL. The authority and power of the Board of Control of The Connecticut Agricultural Experiment Station are described in Sections 22-79 to 22-81 and nothing in this Addendum shall diminish that authority and power except as restricted by this Addendum. Within four business days of their approval by the Secretary, the Minutes of Board meeting will be posted at the Station and a free copy given to the Association.
