Common use of Management Service Agreements Clause in Contracts

The Administrative Agent and the Co-Lead Arrangers shall have received a copy of each Management Service Agreement to which the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries is a party as of the Closing Date certified by an Authorized Officer as being true, correct and complete.
