MANAGER AND MANAGEMENT CHARGES. 10. (a) Subject to the provisions of the BMO and Sub-clause (c) of this Clause 10, the parties hereto have agreed with the Manager for the Manager to undertake the management and maintenance of the Lot and the Estate for an initial term of two (2) years from the date of appointment under this Deed and to be continued thereafter until the termination of the Manager’s appointment in the manner hereinafter provided Provided That nothing herein shall restrict or prohibit the termination of the appointment of the Manager during such initial term or at any time thereafter under the following circumstances :-

(a) Subject to the provisions of the BMO Ordinance and Sub-clause clauses (c), (e) and (f) of this Clause 10, the parties hereto have agreed with the Manager for the Manager to undertake the management and maintenance of the Lot and the Estate (excluding the Government Accommodation) for an initial term of two (2) years from the date of appointment under this Deed and to be continued thereafter until the termination of the Manager’s appointment in the manner hereinafter provided Provided That that nothing herein shall restrict or prohibit the termination of the appointment of the Manager during such initial term or at any time thereafter under the following circumstances :-circumstances:-
