Common use of Manager Authorized as Agent Clause in Contracts

Manager Authorized as Agent. The Manager is duly authorized to act as Party B’s agent in entering into and confirming Transactions and receiving notices to Party B under this Agreement, and the Manager’s entering into or confirmation of any Transaction shall be sufficient to bind Party B, with the result that Party B’s signature shall not be required on any Confirmation.
