MANAGERS RETURNED TO THE FACULTY. Managers who are returned to the faculty pursuant to the Education Code shall be evaluated for class and step placement according to their education and experience prior to employment with the District. This evaluation shall be in accordance with Articles 20.3.1.3 and 20.3.1.4. After this evaluation is completed, management and teaching experience in the District shall be added on, giving credit on the salary schedule on a year-for-year basis. No administrator returned to the faculty, except for those with pre-AB1725 faculty tenure rights, shall bump a regular full-time faculty member from his/her position at the college. This paragraph shall cover all effects of managers returning to the bargaining unit.
