Common use of MANDATE OF THE JJEC Clause in Contracts

MANDATE OF THE JJEC. The JJEC shall maintain the Joint Gender-Neutral Job Evaluation Program by: a) Evaluating all new or revised jobs using the job evaluation program; b) Approving title changes to new or existing jobs; c) Maintaining the integrity of the job evaluation program; d) Recommending to the parties changes to the job evaluation plan, its procedures or methods, as may be deemed necessary from time to time; e) Recording the results and rationale on the Rating Sheet. Copies of the Rating Sheet and job description will be provided to the JJEC, incumbents, supervisor and union.
