Mandate of the Committee. The mandate of the Education Worker Diverse and Inclusive Workforce Committee is to jointly explore and identify best practices that support diversity, equity, inclusion and to xxxxxx diverse and inclusive workforces reflective of Ontario’s diverse communities.
Mandate of the Committee. The mandate of the Committee shall be as follows:
a) Dispute Resolution A review of any dispute referred to the Committee respecting the interpretation, application, administration, alleged violation, or arbitrability of central terms in the agreement, for the purposes of determining whether the dispute might be settled, withdrawn, referred to mediation/arbitration as a formal grievance, or referred to the local grievance procedure in accordance with this section.
Mandate of the Committee. 1.1 The Committee will conduct a Regional Assessment of offshore oil and gas exploratory drilling east of Newfoundland and Labrador in an area generally outlined in Appendix D. On completion of the Regional Assessment, the Committee will provide the Ministers with a Report which includes the Committee’s advice on how to best use the results in a systematic way to aid decision-making based on geographically-referenced knowledge and clear criteria. As such it will meet or exceed the rigour and performance of the current environmental assessment and regulatory review process used for the approval of exploratory drilling.
1.2 In conducting the Regional Assessment, the Committee will: • Conduct its work generally in accordance with the following phases: o Consulting on information and knowledge gathered by the Task Team o Conducting public and Indigenous engagement sessions o Analysis of existing information and comments received o Identifying and addressing knowledge gaps and, as appropriate, making recommendations to address gaps o Report writing, including describing how the results of the Regional Assessment could be used to guide and inform future environmental assessment and regulatory decisions related to proposed offshore exploration drilling in the region. Consultation on the draft Report and finalization in consideration of any comments received and submission of the Final Report to the Ministers. • Engage the public and Indigenous groups throughout the development of the Regional Assessment; • Submit regular status reports to the Ministers outlining progress and any unresolved issues; • Ensure that all relevant information used to support the Regional Assessment is publicly accessible; • Carry out any required consultation with Indigenous groups and the public on the draft Report; and • Finalize and submit the Report to the Ministers.
1.3 The Committee will be supported by a Task Team and a Technical Advisory Group.
Mandate of the Committee. The mandate of the Committee shall be as per 8-9.03.
Mandate of the Committee. (a) Develop and identify categories for Contracting Out grievances to be utilized in the new said process.
(b) To analyze all the grievances in the system on Contracting Out and where possible, group the grievances into these categories.
(c) The goal is to develop an expedited process in arbitration with real meaning to deal with each category separately. The process should be such that each grievance maintains its own identity and the arbitration award will include a separate ruling for each situation.
(d) Both parties agree that the new expedited system will include a mechanism to flag problem categories, which will automatically trigger an investigation to identify the root of the problem and where possible eliminate that source problem.
Mandate of the Committee. (a) The mandate of the Transition Committee shall be to make recommendations on improvements to the wages, benefits and working conditions of the RSMC that can be made within the financial cap more fully described in Article 35.
(b) The work of this Committee does not restrict the Corporation in the day to day management of its business, including implementing any changes in operations, processes and products.
(c) The Committee shall also have the mandate to try to resolve any problem or dispute related to the working conditions of the RSMC that is referred to the Committee by either party.
Mandate of the Committee. The J.J.E.C. shall implement a Job Evaluation Program as outlined in the Xxxxxx Job Evaluation Plan with the intent of:
a) Evaluating all jobs using the job evaluation plan;
b) Recommending to the parties changes to the job evaluation plan, its procedures or methods, as may be deemed necessary from time to time;
c) Recording the results and rationale on a rating sheet as outlined in the plan.

(b) The work of this Committee does not restrict the Corporation in the day to day management of its business, including implementing any changes in operations, processes and products.
(c) The Committee shall also have the mandate to try to resolve any problem or dispute related to the working conditions of the RSMC that is referred to the Committee by either party. This mandate also includes when a new route is created and this newly created route receives a higher rate of compensation than other routes in the installation, an equitable redistribution of annual pay within an installation will be considered.
