Mandated Benefits. A. The employee shall have deductions from monthly payroll for those insurances, taxes or benefits required by law. The employees are obligated to complete and submit timely reports, documents and information required for the mandated deductions.
Mandated Benefits. Unit members who qualify will continue to receive those benefits which are mandated by law.
