Common use of Mandated Meetings Clause in Contracts

Mandated Meetings. If needed, one (1) meeting per month with required attendance shall be in the confines of the employee's regular work day. If any employee is required to attend a meeting that is held outside that employee’s regular work day, they will receive compensation at their regular hourly rate, for their time. Additional meetings may be held before or after the regular hours and shall be on a volunteer basis with no fear of reprisal for non-attendance.
