Common use of Mandatory Connection to Project Clause in Contracts

Mandatory Connection to Project. (a) The GRP Administrator shall decide when, if ever, Participant must connect to the Project; provided, however, the GRP Administrator shall not, without Participant’s consent, require Participant to take Water prior to September 1, 2014. The Authority’s determination in the preceding sentence will be made based upon factors (i) through (v) described in Section 4.02(a) hereof.
