Mandatory Information Sharing. You hereby authorize your Correspondent and Apex Clearing to provide Apex Crypto any of your personal information maintained in connection with your Brokerage Account, and to continue sharing such information, and any revisions or additions thereto, with Apex Crypto on an ongoing basis until your Account is either closed or terminated in accordance with this User Agreement. You hereby authorize Apex Crypto to provide your Correspondent and Apex Clearing any of your Personal Information, and to continue sharing such information, and any revisions or additions thereto, with them on an ongoing basis until your account(s) with your Correspondent or Apex Clearing is closed pursuant to the terms and conditions governing such account(s).
