MANDATORY JOB REQUIREMENTS. Employees are required to remain in good standing as it relates to any job required certification, licensure, or other hospital job requirement such as the annual TB test. All mandatory education courses provided by the Hospital, including compliance-related requirements such as ethics or other training programs and related consent processes, including .edu courses, will be treated as hours worked, as required by law. Employees failing to maintain any job related requirement, including any mandatory education courses and related requirements, will be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment.
