Common use of Mandatory Reporting Clause in Contracts

Mandatory Reporting. The Licensee must notify the School Council in writing if any of the following events occur within two Business Days of the occurrence: (a) the Licensee is charged with a criminal or regulatory offence, found guilty by court, cautioned, fined, or otherwise pursued by either the police, local authority or other regulatory body or subject to enforcement activity. (b) incidents, injuries or issues that have impacted in the health, safety or wellbeing of any child; (c) occupational health and safety matters; and (d) any formal compliance directive issued to the Licensee by Victorian Regulatory Authority in connection with the Education and Care Service.
