Mandatory Requirements. (a) Bumping to a full-time or part-time position is mandatory when there is a loss of hours or position(s) within a depot however severance options to be available if member can only bump to casual / part-time unassigned or another branch or depot. (b) All other bumping procedures from each province shall remain the same.
