Common use of Mandatory Time Clause in Contracts

Mandatory Time. In addition to the contract year defined by Section 8.1, two (2) mandatory work days for all employees will be required and scheduled in accordance with the calendars contained herein. Individual employees will determine the use of at least one half (1/2) of each of these days in accordance with Section 8.1 A herein.

Mandatory Time. In addition to the contract year defined by Section 8.1, two four (24) mandatory work days for all employees will be required and scheduled in accordance with the calendars contained herein. Individual employees will determine the use of at least one half two full days and the District will determine the use of two (1/22) of each of these full days in accordance with Section 8.1 A herein.

Individual employees will determine the use of at least two full days and the District will determine the use of one half (1/2) of each of these days full day in accordance with Section 8.1 A herein.
