Common use of Mandatory Time Clause in Contracts

Mandatory Time. In addition to the contract year defined by Section 8.1, four (4) mandatory work days for all employees will be required and scheduled in accordance with the calendars contained herein. Individual employees will determine the use of two full days and the District will determine the use of two (2) full days in accordance with Section 8.1 A herein.

Mandatory Time. In addition to the contract year defined by Section 8.1, four two (42) mandatory work days for all employees will be required and scheduled in accordance with the calendars contained herein. Individual employees will determine the use of two full days and the District will determine the use at least one half (1/2) of two (2) full each of these days in accordance with Section 8.1 A herein.

Individual employees will determine the use of two full days and the District will determine the use of two (2) one full days day in accordance with Section 8.1 A herein.
