Manner of Delivery. All notices, communications and materials to be given or delivered pursuant to the Collateral Documents shall be given or delivered in the manner and at the address, telephone numbers and telecopier numbers specified in Section 9.01 of the Credit Agreement. In the event of a discrepancy between any telephonic notice and any written confirmation thereof, such written confirmation shall be deemed the effective notice except to the extent the Security Agent has acted in reliance on such telephonic notice.
