Manner of Maintenance. Till such time the Developer is in charge of the Maintenance, the Purchaser shall abide by such Rules and Bye Laws as be framed by the Developer Maintenance of the Phase Common Portions and the Club, if completed, with such restrictions as be necessary and deemed fit by the Developer.
